The Business Blueprint: We discuss the "growing pains" of scaling an arborist business and how to create a roadmap for long-term stability and success.
Gear Talk: A "no-fluff" look at equipment, old & new. Discuss the financial and time investments and how to build a pro-level kit on a realistic budget.
Tactical Decision-Making: We move past "don't panic" and look at the actual science of how the brain handles stress. Learn to maintain leadership and team dynamics when the "allostatic load" is high and the consequences are real.

VERY IMPORTANT - TICKETING TERMS, CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY

Because our classes have limited seating and require prep work, we adhere to the following schedule:

7+ Days Before Class: Full refund or 100% transfer to a future class date.
48 Hours to 7 Days Before Class: No cash refunds, but we can offer you a 100% store credit or allow you to transfer your ticket to a friend.
Less than 48 Hours / No-Shows: Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable at this stage, as we have already committed to materials and instructor costs.

If We Cancel: In the rare event that we have to cancel a class due to weather, instructor illness, or low enrollment, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule immediately.
